Marketing Support Manager in Talent Hunters Hub

A product IT company is looking for an attentive and responsible beginner in the Internet marketing department for the position of Marketing Support Manager. Experience in digital is not mandatory - the main thing is the desire to develop and learn!

For successful work, you will need:

• attention to details and systematic at work;
• ability to work with a large volume of similar tasks;
• organization and responsibility;
• basic skills of working with tables (Google Sheets / Excel);
• communicativeness and willingness to interact with different teams.

Will an advantage, but not necessarily:

• any experience in digital or working with advertising accounts;
• understanding of the structure of advertising cabinets (Meta / Google, etc.);
• experience with CRM or tracking systems.

The main duties of the position:

• checking the readiness of advertising accounts before and after the launch;
• issuing advertising cabinets and related resources (Business Manager, pixels, fan pages) to media buyers;
• interacting with intermediaries to obtain new accounts and resolving work issues;
• communication with media buyers and Team Leads regarding account statuses;
• keeping account records in databases: updating information and checking relevance;
• compliance with internal processes, checklists and regulations.
