A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the opportunities in the digital music marketplace, exceptional communication and organizational skills, able to analyze and interpret campaign reporting, and an understanding of the operational aspects of digital music distribution - along with passion for music, pop culture and technology. Strong relationships in the industry and knowledge of both US and LATAM markets is a major plus.The Coordinator, Marketing Strategy & Operations reports to the Manager, Marketing Strategy and VP, Global Marketing.Primary Responsibilities:Provide support for the marketing team across campaign planning and execution, marketing operations, internal workflows and project management, etc. Create and update all one-sheets, timelines, quote sheets, and any other project-related documents, and assist in creation of presentationsGenerate and maintain campaign timelines and ensure all activities stay on track Support Manager, Marketing Strategy in managing artist marketing budgets and tracking spends, including creation of PO’s and facilitating approvals, coordinating 3rd party payments, etc. Responsible for obtaining, organizing, and distributing key marketing materials for projects to internal and external partners (images, cover art, liners, artist highlights, one sheets, videos, etcAssist in submitting and managing all creative / design requests to ensure on time production - submitting design request, coordinating feedback and edits, routing for approval, etcWork with Digital Marketing - Social Media team to update profiles, photos, bio’s, bio links, etcPrepare reports and analyses of marketing performance and/or streaming consumption Work with Marketing leads and engage third party companies to coordinate creation of tools or promotional materials needed for specific campaigns or marketing initiatives and oversee their deliveryCoordinate information, update, draft, and circulate agendas for meetings with internal team/management , and circulate notes afterwardsActively participate in team meetings, discussions, and planning activitiesIdentify key marketing moments and releases to assist in executing initiativesOther duties and responsibilities as assigned Experience and Qualifications:Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite required, Photoshop is a plus.
