Now we are looking for Head of SMM/Marketing strategist - a person who will create content that not only reaches an audience, but sells a large number of products.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop content concepts that will help sell products on social networks (TikTok, Instagram).

2. Manage the creation of the content, involvement of contractors, setting the task, control of deadlines, quality.

3. Manage the setting of advertising in social networks for the promotion of content and products, set appropriate tasks and goals for the target team

6. Work with social media analytics, identify successful and unsuccessful actions/content, make changes in further promotion

7. Manage a team of multiple SMMs: set tasks, monitor deadlines and quality of execution, provide feedback, guide, assist and train

Skills and experience required:

1. The level of English is Upper-Intermediate

2. Experience of personal management of Instagram and TikTok, understanding of the specifics of each social network, types of content, approaches to online sales

3. Analytical mindset:

3.1. working with a large amount of data, reports

analyzing competitors, and adopting best practices

3.2. understanding which content will better sell the product to a specific audience

4. The ability to create a selling script for a video, understanding what content "sticks" and "sells"

5. Free use of a PC, general digitality

6. Multitasking, readiness to conduct several projects simultaneously

Conditions:

1. Salary according to the results of the interview: rate + bonuses

2. Ability to work both in the office (Kyiv, Livoberezhna) or in a hybrid format

3. Working hours 10:00 - 19:00
