Good afternoon! A company specializing in E-commerce Amazon USA is looking for a member of its team to fill the position of marketing specialist, product manager, developer. Our mission is to create products that inspire consumers to give them a rating of 6 stars out of 5. Tasks with which you work to be done: creating improved products taking into account customer requirements and business goals of the company (primary research (selection) of the product has already been done. Your goal: improving this product so that it becomes even better and stands out among similar products with its Killer Feature); For this you need carry out: analysis of feedback from the target audience (understanding Customer Journey, consumer avatars, where they can be found, what pain points this product solves); testing the product for compliance with the requirements and expectations of users, as well as searching for and implementing possible improvements; negotiating with suppliers (discussing the possibility of producing an improved model of goods, ordering and checking samples, working with contractors). We will work together if you: have experience in developing and improving products; have experience in marketing, especially working with target audience; easily adapt to changes in plans and focused on finding a solution in any situation; have knowledge of English at least level B2 (you will need to communicate with the target audience in English); Russian language C2.You are our candidate: age from 23 years higher education; ability to work online; ability to ensure effective communication; technical mindset + understanding of creativity in marketing. experience working at Amazon is welcome.
