Our mission is to enable families to have less baby stuff and enjoy a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.Role DescriptionAs a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns to enhance our brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing trends and metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, social media, has excellent communication skills, and is able to think strategically to achieve desired results.This position is REMOTE. Content portfolio or work examples must be provided with the application to be considered for this role.Responsibilities:Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.Must work well in a team environment, possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with many different teams and personalitiesAbility to organize large amounts of content and maintain organization of contentAssist in the development and execution of campaigns, including graphic creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablementDevelop and implement social media and email marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.Monitor and analyze social media trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to generate insights and optimize strategies.Manage, monitor, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.Use social media scheduling tools to schedule posts and ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and generate reports on key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Oversee all social channels and create content on a regular basis using both static images and video on Reels and TikTok.Minimum Qualifications:3+ YOE in a social media role within an organization, business or agency.Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.Create and implement organic and paid social strategy for the brand.Deep knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and on multiple projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to think strategically and creatively to achieve desired results.Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.Experience in graphic design, photography and content creation is a plus.Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Show more Show less Должностной уровень Молодой специалист Тип занятости Договор Должностные обязанности Маркетинг и Продажи Отрасли Производство
