Hotel Website, Instagram, FacebookWhat will I be doing?The Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing creative support for the Marketing Department, as well as, assisting with the execution of the marketing plan. We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience who will be responsible for creating compelling visual and written content that showcases the luxury and elegance of our resort. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with affluent clientele in the hospitality industry.This position will collaborate with the marketing team and resort operations to understand programs, needs and opportunities for strategic storytelling. The Content Specialist will manage and update the master content plan, including leading regular content brainstorming sessions with a focus on increasing the Arizona Biltmore’s share of voice and meeting measurable KPIs.Tactical Marketing Execution SupportContent & Assets: Assist the Marketing Manager in the execution and updates for all internal/external communications including but not limited to: menus, Brand.com website, vanity website (where applicable), 3rd party websites, social media, imagery, and copy. Works with the Marketing Manager to coordinate all on property marketing photo shoots.Social Media: As a social media agency is leveraged by the hotel, this role with assist the Marketing Manager in ensuring all marketing assets are provided in a timely manner to the agency.Creative Collateral/Content Support: Develops/updates small in-house marketing design projects (example: sales newsletters, sales fliers, on-property/in-room collateral, in-room TV content, etc) Influencer Support: Assists with the coordination of influencer events and visits. including moodboards, content direction, and editingAdministrative Support Works with marketing team to prioritize day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of wider projects and tasks. Knowledge of luxury hospitality industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices in marketing is highly desirable.QUALIFICATION STANDARDSEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Experience:3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on graphic design, photography, and copywriting, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
