Freshcode is a team of 120+ IT specialists working on socially significant projects with customers from Europe, the USA and Australia. The role of the marketing team in the company is to understand the needs of the target audience, its main pain points and solved problems. The main goal of the team is to use this understanding to increase the indicators of customer engagement and increase their loyalty. The responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist consist of researching the target audience and trends in the fields of technology and software development, developing and distributing marketing materials. The main tasks include: Analysis of the target market (including the audience, competitors, events, trends etc.) and interpretation of received data into action recommendations Creation and distribution of short marketing materials, such as news in social networks, guest articles and video scripts, as well as cooperation with content writer and designer Support and update of profiles in social networks, interaction with social groups for effective distribution of content Important for us: Experience in IT positions Demand Generation/Marketing Specialist from 1 year.Proficiency in written English at the level of Upper Intermediate level.Skills to analyze target markets and develop recommendations based on it.Understanding and skills of using ICP and Buyer persona for service IT companies.
