What We Are Looking For: a creative and results-driven Copywriter & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across various digital platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and Facebook. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our target audience through compelling content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content plan for our social media channels
• Create engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, articles, and marketing materials
• Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Facebook company pages
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Analyze content performance and provide regular reports on key metrics
• Contribute to the development of long-term brand growth strategies, focusing on cost-effective approaches

Requirements:

• Proven experience in copywriting and content creation for digital platforms
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in setting up and managing Facebook-targeted advertising campaigns
• Proficiency in analyzing advertising performance
• Knowledge of brand development strategies, especially for long-term growth on limited budgets
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
