The person we are looking for will be responsible for comprehensive marketing activities (social media, video) in the numismatic industry.

We have been operating on the numismatic market since 2006, constantly developing. We currently employ over a dozen people and have two branches (in Toruń and Poznań). We are one of the most important brands in this industry, not only in Poland, but also in this part of Europe. Our professional knowledge and reliability are particularly appreciated by advanced collectors and other numismatic companies (including foreign ones). Until recently, this was practically all it took to be a leader in the industry. Marketing activities were always in the second or third plan. We know that times and market requirements are changing, and our marketing still lives in the previous era. We have specialist industry knowledge, a lot of interesting ideas and content, but we lack someone who will turn it into solid marketing content and help us create the right image. The position we offer can certainly be an interesting challenge and an opportunity to create something practically "from scratch".

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of documented experience - portfolio/case study.
• Willingness to become familiar with and introduce myself to the numismatic industry.
• Independence and own initiative.
• Knowledge of using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube administration panels.
• You can analyze the market and competition.
• You have a "light pen" and the ability to create both marketing content and formal texts.
• You are an independent and well-organized person - you determine your own course of action and consistently implement it.
• You are creative and think "out of the box".
• You can clearly explain your actions.
