This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious person to join the EY brand, marketing and communications team in our Kyiv office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an international company and interact with colleagues from local and international EY offices, and will have access to their accumulated knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Internal communications / Employer brand

Participation in the strategic development of the employer brand / employer value proposition of the EY Ukraine company in terms of internal communications. 

Management and editing of the EY Times corporate news bulletin (constant interviews with internal speakers, content planning, infomercials and news gathering).

• SMM

Preparation of an integrated content plan in SMM. Publishing according to the integrated content plan on EY's corporate Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. 

Preparation / revision of posts of the marketing department and other service lines. 

Partial involvement in SMM promo together with external agency and HR specialist for employer brand development.

• Tenders

Collection, organization and tracking of tender documentation for the company's Ukrainian tenders.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience from 2 years
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages ​​(both orally and in writing).
• Copywriting skills are a must, experience in copywriting is a plus.
• Initial photo and video shooting skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of data metrics and analytical thinking will be a big plus.
• Skills to work with several tasks at the same time.
• Team cooperation skills.
• Initiative, openness, activity, positive thinking, quick learning, willingness to go beyond standard duties and develop professionally.
