Marketing Specialist in Savvy L&D Solutions Company

We are expanding our team of like-minded professionals and invite you to join our friendly Savvy surrounding.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist.

You will:

• Be a part of our Business Development team, and you’ll help develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand.
• Create content (visual and written) for social media (Insta, FB and Linkedin), blogs, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to improve strategies and campaigns.
• Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including the use of analytical tools for website tracking.
• Work with digital advertising tools (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), contributing to campaign setups and optimizations.
• Cooperate closely with other team members across departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Basic experience in digital marketing (SMM, Paid Advertising), content creation (B2B).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Ukrainian and English (at least Upper Intermediate).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Insta, Linkedin, Facebook, FB Manager, FB Ads), media platforms (e.g. DOU), Google Analytics.
• Basic design skills (Figma or Canva)
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
