Marketing Specialist in SMARTASS

Key Responsibilities: ✔️Implement a strategic marketing plan tailored to the local market, considering competition and consumer preferences. ✔️Create and manage an accurate budget for marketing activities and monitor return on investment (ROI). ✔️Collaborate with the design and SMM teams to develop visually compelling marketing materials and content. ✔️Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and OOH (out-of-home) advertising, social media including Influencer marketing, email marketing and local events. ✔️Identify and build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to increase brand visibility and manage cross-promotion activities. ✔️Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments, elaborate reports for the central team. Qualifications: ✔️Proven experience in marketing, especially in launching and promoting. ✔️Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior. ✔️Demonstrated ability to lead the idea from creation to the final execution. ✔️Developed written and verbal communication skills. ✔️Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platform.
