Marketing Specialist in IT-Enterprise

IT-Enterpise is a Ukrainian developer of modern digital and cloud solutions for business management, supplier and promoter of Industry 4.0 technologies.

Among our products:ERP system IT-Enterprise, tender platform SmartTender, service for automated maintenance of equipment SmartEAM, CRM system Clobbi, electronic document management service Signy, accounting software MASTER.

Our company is constantly growing and developing, and we are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to help us promote our products and increase the client base.

Functional tasks:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies with the participation of the marketing team for the promotion of Ukrainian accounting software.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and preparation reports for management.
• Management of marketing activities, including content marketing, advertising, social networks and organization of participation in events (webinars, exhibitions).
• Analysis of the competitive environment and search for new opportunities for business growth.
• Participation in improving the company website to increase lead generation (quantitatively and qualitatively). Filling the site with content.
• Collaboration with the sales team to develop marketing strategies to increase sales and achieve set goals.
• Setting up system processes in marketing and sales activities to increase efficiency and optimize work procedures.

Our expectations:

• Experience in marketing/digital marketing from 3 years, preferably in the field of software or information technology, in the B2B segment. Experience in accounting software companies will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic marketing methods and tools, including digital marketing, SEO, analytics and advertising.
• Practical knowledge of lead generation from the main traffic attraction channels.
• Skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and good language skills (oral and written).
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
• Willingness to develop and grow with the company.
