Marketing Specialist in Sollaborator

Collaborator.pro is a marketplace that connects advertisers with owners of sites and Telegram channels. As we continue to grow relentlessly, we are looking for a marketing professional with a comprehensive skill set in content creation and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of SEO and link building strategies, as well as experience working with influencers and digital marketing strategies.

Job duties:

• Increase the presence of Collaborator.pro on the Ukrainian market . This includes strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Increase targeted sign-ups: Increase targeted sign-ups from advertisers by focusing on attracting high-quality audiences that match our market offerings. Implement new campaign objectives and outreach strategies to effectively attract potential advertisers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and drive more transactions through the platform.
• Increase direct traffic and traffic, Brand-related: Increase the number of direct and brand-specific entries in the system, indicating better brand recall and preference among our target audience. Using SEO, content marketing and direct marketing tactics.
• Expanding advertising reach on targeted platforms: Grow our advertising footprint on all targeted platforms including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Adapt content and advertising strategies to the unique audience and capabilities of each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
• Increase media presence at targeted events: Increase Collaborator.pro's visibility and participation at key media events, online -events and conferences. This includes providing speaking opportunities, sponsorships and participating in brand awareness activities.
• Conducting and planning online events, webinars, conferences and educational programs.

• Deep understanding of the SEO market and link building strategies.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on influencers and marketing campaigns.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), PowerBI or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage content creation processes, including working with influencers and bloggers across platforms .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage relationships with partners and team members.
• Ability to plan and conduct online events, inwebinars and educational programs.
• Discipline and Remote Work Skills: Demonstrated ability to work diligently and effectively in a remote team. Must possess strong organizational skills, self-motivation and discipline.
• Ability to work with video design and editing tools: experience with Figma and YouTube Studio.
• Data management and analysis: Proficient use of spreadsheets and other tools for data organization, analysis, and reporting. Ability to effectively structure data and draw actionable conclusions from complex sets of information.
