Job requirements: 1.Marketing certificate, diploma or degree followed by of three years of professional services in marketing and communications leadership role.2.Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. 3.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 4.Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. 5.Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia. 6.Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics. 7.Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. 8.Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations. 9.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language. 10.Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.Duties: 1) Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. 2) Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. 3) Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. 4) Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers. 5) Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. 6) Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging. 7) Compile lists describing product or service offerings. 8) Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. 9) Select products and accessories to be displayed at special production shows. 10) Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors. 11) Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services. 12) Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. 13) Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
