Marketing Retention Lead in our team will deal with the following tasks:
Systematic impact on LTV, reissuance of loans and reactivation;
Description and formalization of the work flow of triggers at all stages of the client's life cycle;
Transition from operational mailings to a growth approach;
Increasing conversions between credits;
Reactivation and retention of existing customers;
Searching for growth areas, forming hypotheses, running and scaling A/B tests;
Coordinating work with teams responsible for automating processes in CRM and other systems;
Preparation of technical and logical requirements for the implementation of triggers, stages of the funnel and their integration;
Flow implementation control: testing, stability of triggers, timely updates;
Analyzing the effectiveness of existing autofunnels and initiating their improvement together with the Product Manager and the marketer;
Cost optimization through process optimization;
Building reports/diagrams/schemes of interaction with clients.
The filter for this position will be:
Experience in the position of Head/Lead - Marketing Ops, CRM Ops, Automation Specialist, Retention from 5 years (FinTech, MFO);
Understanding funnel logic, CJM, product statuses, trigger communications;
Experience of working with automation tools at the level of creating business processes
Experience in A/B testing, setup and launch yourself;
Experience in reactivating client databases;
Team management experience;
Ability to analyze data from established companies and make decisions based on data;
Experience of interaction with product, marketing, technical and sales teams;
Strong skills in formalizing, structuring and describing processes;
Strategic thinking, responsibility, attention to detail.
How we interact with candidates:
1 stage: communication with the recruiter online (about 30 minutes);
2 stage: communication with your future boss online or in the office (about 60 minutes).
