Your main duties will be: development of existing wow-projects / national promotion and development of projects from "scratch"; planning, organization and launch of national children's promotions / wow-projects in Silpo; search and implementation of new ideas for wow-projects and national promotion, creation of new national promotions and wow-projects; development of promotional products and branded merch; creation of a concept, Key Visual. Development and implementation of an internal and external communications plan; setting tasks and coordinating the work of creative agencies; coordination of external and internal communications for wow projects and national promotions; creative design of wow projects and national promotions in stores; participation in the formation of the financial model of the promotion, time-sheets, budgeting, pricing, analysis of campaign effectiveness. For the job you will need: higher education (marketing, advertising); work experience as an event manager, marketer, advertising / PR specialist, brand manager, project manager — from 1 year; start-up experience wow-projects and national promotion in retail, knowledge of the market and players in retail; project management skills; ability to coordinate the work of various company services, ability to set clear tasks (design, production); excellent organizational skills, experience in managing projects for the development and production of advertising materials , financial literacy; skills in setting tasks and interacting with designers, evaluating creative materials for compliance with set goals and tasks; excellent MS Office skills.
