The Ukrainian-American product company "Ukrainian Armor" is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to jointly contribute to the provision of high-quality technological armor protection and to reach new heights in the industry, helping to protect the most valuable thing - human life. in marketing/advertising agencies or in-house; able to determine business needs, create marketing strategies; have knowledge of the main digital marketing channels — SEO, PPC, SMM; confidently use analytical tools and conduct advertising campaigns: Google Analytics and others; have basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads; can process large amounts of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets; speak English from the Intermediate level. It will be great if you have: understanding/interest in the field of modern military equipment; recommendations from previous places of work. Your tasks will be: project planning , organization of working groups and processes in the marketing department; ensuring effective allocation of resources for project implementation; measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns compared to goals (KPI, OKR, etc.); identifying trends and statistics, as well as optimizing costs and efficiency based on statistics ; tracking the team's daily activities; analyzing the project's effectiveness, developing recommendations for improving the project's work; presenting results and reporting.
