Conditions:

• Format: remote work
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Fin reward: trial period $500 + bonus, after the trial period/2 months $700 + bonus (bonuses for exceeding goals, % of project turnover, for quality indicators)
• Software: the company provides all necessary software for effective performance of its duties. If necessary, you can request additional paid programs from the manager

Requirements:

• English : conversational level
• Education: Degree in project management, marketing, business or equivalent would be an advantage
• Experience: minimum 1 year of experience as Project Manager in marketing (SEO/ PPC) agencies
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate both internal and external teams
• Knowledge of the basic principles of SEO and digital marketing
• Ability to work with project management tools ( Trello, Asana, Jira, and others)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with financial documents and invoices
• Technology: availability of own technical support (computer computer, headset, Internet, will be an advantage of charging stations/optical fiber/pavers in the working arsenal)

Responsibilities :

• Management of SEO agency projects, ensuring the fulfillment of deadlines and quality of work
• Coordination of processes within the company, as well as (if necessary) in the client's team
• Communication with clients to determine their needs and requirements for projects, reporting
• Preparation and sending of invoices to clients, timely payment control, documentation management
• Solving problems and conflict situations that arise in the process of project implementation
• Organizing and holding meetings with clients and the team
