Marketing Project Manager in Digital Kit Agency

We are looking for a specialist who will help the team clearly organize and launch marketing and creative projects, coordinate production and ensure a stable, chaotic process.

Your tasks are clear and understandable:

1. Project management

    •    lead several marketing/creative projects;

    •    plan tasks in Asana and follow deadlines;

  •    ensure the coordinated launch and movement of projects from the brief to the final.

  •    do basic research (references, competitors, trends);

  •  maintain order in briefs, documentation and presentations.

2. Communication with clients

    •    carry out regular updates and short status calls;

    •    clarify requirements and transform them into understandable tasks;

  •    present results, answer questions, build a high-quality working dialogue.

3. Coordination of production

    •    set tasks for designers, copywriters and video team;

    •    check the logic, completeness and quality of task execution;

  •    Join the development of campaign ideas, analysis of results

Our requirements so that we have a match

  •  1.5-3 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency or in a marketing department;

  •    the ability to manage several streams of tasks;

  •    structural thinking, clear communication and attention to detail;

  •    a high level of independence and proactivity;

  •    Must have - English - Upper Intermediate or confident working;
