Casino.ua is looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Requirements:

• High level of self-organization : You must be able to effectively manage your time and tasks.
• Structured approach: Ability to analyze global tasks and break them down into smaller ones subtasks that will help achieve the goal.
• Responsibility and quick decision-making: Ability to take responsibility and make decisions under conditions of high uncertainty.< /li>
• Multitasking: The ability to work with several tasks at the same time.
• Involvement in the product: You must know the project plans and forecast the workload for the team, not just be an Asana manager.
• Experience in the industry: Will be a significant advantage.
• Basic understanding of marketing processes.
• Ability to resolve conflicts: Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of Asana, Figma, Teams: Knowledge of Photoshop will be a plus.
• Experience as a project manager: 2 years or more.

Responsibilities:

• Division of work: Creation and distribution of tasks in the marketing team.
• Estimating tasks: Estimating the time and required human resources to complete tasks.
• Planning the workload of the team: Workflow organization and team loading planning.
• Execution control: Monitoring the quality of task execution, compliance with requirements and meeting deadlines.
• Organization of interaction: Ensuring effective interaction of the marketing department with other departments within the framework of the project.
• Participation in the development of creative strategies: Collaboration with the team to create innovative marketing strategies.
