Marketing Production & Partnership Manager in VODA UA

We are looking for a marketing organizer - someone who turns ideas into real brand experiences.

You will manage the production of advertising materials, organize events, build partnerships and create cross-brand collaborations that strengthen the recognition of VODA UA and new brands of the group. 

What you will do:
• You will manage the production of POSM, merch, brand zones, mobile points of sale. 
• You will search, select and coordinate contractors and suppliers. 
• You will organize promotional events, festivals, road shows, tastings and joint activations. 
• You will initiate and implement partnerships between brands and with external companies. 
• You will control the quality, terms and efficiency of all implemented projects. 
• You will cooperate with the Head of Marketing, PR and design team. 

What is important:
• 4-6+ years of experience in marketing, event management or production. • Experience of cooperation with brands in the FMCG, lifestyle or entertainment categories. 
• Understanding of procurement, production and quality control processes. 
• Practical experience in organizing events or cross-brand collaborations. 
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. 

Would be an advantage:
• Experience with merch, POSM or trade marketing. 
• Knowledge of basic design tools (Adobe / Canva / Figma). 
• Contacts in the field of production / event agencies / suppliers. 
• Additional education in event management or brand activation.
