Marketing (PR/SMM) Specialist in Timoshenko I.A. FLP

We are looking for a person to take charge of our internal marketing efforts, including company brand, self-publishing of some of our games, and cooperating with external publisher teams when we are working with a bigger publisher.This is a full-time work in the office in Kyiv. (NO remote, NO part-time)This includes:Help with the marketing strategy and planning (for projects that we self-publish)Interaction with the publisher’s marketing team (for projects that have external publishers)Writing the majority of marketing-related texts in English (some big texts - like a Dev log, would be provided, but smaller daily posts and community interaction should be written by the candidate)Making social media posts (English) and other promo activities (FB, Twitter (X), Reddit, YouTube, etc.)Conducting ongoing email marketing campaigns for the most engaged players who have willingly subscribed to our newsletter (English)Interacting with the international players' community on various platforms (English)Reaching out to Press and Influencers (English)Working with paid marketing activities - ad campaigns, influencersPublic communication on behalf of the companyRequirements:Expert English writing skills, and a high level of English speaking.Understanding of basic marketing ideas and concepts.Being passionate about games marketing and willing to learn and try new things to grow as a marketing specialist - you have to be a games fan and enjoy promoting computer games.Relevant experience:English writing in any formMarketing activity in any fieldMarketing activity in gamedevCommunity managementPublic communicationStarni Games is a Kyiv-based gamedev company, currently around 30 people.
