Good knowledge of Microsoft solutions (especially PowerPoint).Experience in tracking tools ( Asana is preferred) or willing to learn.Familiarity with the B2B business model.Upper-intermediate level of English (all verbal and written communication will be in English).Will Be a PlusKnowledge of WordPress (basic user).ResponsibilitiesCreate project-oriented marketing plans with actionable tasks, owners, and deadlines.Manage content calendar and project reports in Asana.Work across teams and regions to set priorities based on business needs.Hold project team members accountable for executing actions on time by checking with team members daily on project tasks.Report project status regularly to key stakeholders and leadership in Asana and elsewhere.Communicate risks to project deadlines, including the need for additional time, resources, or budget to deliver a project on time.Create new best practices based on project experience that are adopted throughout the organization and customer base.Assist with ongoing marketing content, design, and digital projects; communicate with the full department daily to ensure that projects are moving through the full lifecycle.Hold check-in and status meetings for ongoing and one-time projects and share updates and minutes with leaders and team when needed.Drive the day-to-day management of Asana (PM tool), including building new projects and maintaining templates and forms.We OfferUS and EU projects based on advanced technologies.Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.Annual performance appraisals.Flexibility in workspace, either remote or in one of our development offices.
