Your key tasks:

• Build the perception of the Aurora brand as a symbol of national pride Develop an emotional connection with the brand through cultural collaborations, local meanings and the development of products that reflect the Ukrainian identity;
• OKR 80% of the population of Ukraine as active buyers. Through scaling awareness, improving accessibility and effective spot campaigns - bring the brand closer to every Ukrainian family;
• Bring the new Aurora format to the market to attract a new and digital audience. Create a format that will meet new behavior patterns, lifestyles and expectations of new generations;
• Consolidate the positioning of Aurora as Love Brand No. 1 in the category;
• Expand interaction with the brand through digital products;
• Develop superapp and e-commerce in building a personalized experience for customers;
• Transform the marketing team in a flexible, globally oriented structure. Build an organizational structure, processes and leadership capable of scaling, quickly adapting to changes and working cross-regionally;
• Ensure a single, clear brand concept in all markets of presence.
