Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of  IMS department.You are: Experienced in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management (min 5 years);  Professional in Project managementExcellent speaking, writing and editing skills in EnglishAble to effectively organize team work, motivate and drive performance in a team environmentGood in negotiation & conflict management skillsAction oriented, flexible and creativeHighly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers.Detail-oriented with ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under multiple deadlinesWith you we will: Ensure cross-service brief intake, specification and enrichment with business partners and/or other IMS roles  Develop cross-service project plan , incl. goals, business needs, service scope and requirements, team composition, timeline & milestones and budget   Prepare service request ticket and sub-ticket and briefing of IMS service teams according to project planPlan and manage projects throughout the entire life cycle until final acceptance, including management of change requests and prioritization according to defined processes and requirementsAct as Operational contact for a specific cross-service request towards IMS teams and determined business partnerCoordinate cross-service requests, from briefing, to planning, production & publishingCoordinate with Center Operation Leads on timelines, team composition, risk mitigation.Provide status management and project communicationsEstablish of operational checkpoints, alignment meetings and reviews between business partners & IMSGather approvals and feedback from IMS business partner served in the requests.Handle operational dependencies and blockers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the processProactively contact markets for top-down projectsDeduct ‘lessons learned’ and debriefs and frame optimization recommendationsManage all stakeholders (IMS partners and delivery teams) along the entire project life cycleSuggest to business on additional needs or required changes to briefHow we will proceed:  You send us your CV → HR BP contact relevant applicants → Technical task submission→ Interview with a Team Lead → Job Offer communication to the Finalist → Next career step Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Помічник Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Інформаційні технологіїIndustries Food and beverage services
