Marketing Motion Designer (Shift by Legit) in Genesis

Legit is a media company within the Genesis business group with a 13-year history. We create unique news, entertainment, text and video content for millions of people living in different parts of the planet. Our products are used by about 80 million people per month.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Motion Designer for a new product in the US market - Shift, an online career development course based on a subscription model.

Shifthelps thousands of people around the world find their professional vocation, change career direction or start their own business. We create tools that inspire, educate, and guide—from deep self-reflection to confident action.

In this role, you'll be able to communicate the complex simply, beautifully, and convincingly—by creating video content for the marketing team.

Your future tasks:

Creation of short videos and static banners for product promotion on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other social networks.
• Creation of templates, effects and content for the application itself.
• Generating new creative approaches and ideas for advertising in collaboration with the marketing team.

Knowledge and skills required:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Figma.
• Proficiency in AI tools.
• Understanding the laws of composition, typography and color.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Attention to detail, high level of self-organization and time management.
• The ability to competently combine design elements and select materials.
