Reface is looking for a Marketing Motion Designer
If you know how to create videos that you want to click on and keep your eyes on. If you are interested in realizing your talent and creativity in AI products. Reface is a Ukrainian product company that creates mobile AI applications. Over 5 years, our products have been downloaded over 250M times. Were #1 in the USA App Store, won Google Play's Best App and attracted investment from Andreessen Horowitz.
We are AI Optimists. We believe that AI will change the world for the better. Or will destroy humanity 🫠
Until that happens, we want AI innovations to get out of scientific laboratories and into the smartphones of millions of people as soon as possible.
Both mad scientists and creative people feel comfortable working with us. We research thoughtfully, test quickly, deliver quickly. We get high from it.

About you:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing design
• you have taste and make good advertising visuals. You are not afraid of static banners
• you are good with your hands in After Effects, you know Photoshop, you have seen Figma
• you understand marketing metrics: CTR, install rate, etc. We believe in functional data-driven design
• you work fast: think up, test a hypothesis, move on
• you know that great design is not only about aesthetics, but also about efficiency.

• used any visual editors that vary the style (3D, AI Art).

You will:
• create video creatives to promote several of our applications on social networks
• create videos for placement in the App Store and Google Play Store
• communicate with the User Acquisition team and Motion Designers regarding marketing metrics and look for ways to improve them
• participate in the generation and development of ideas for marketing tasks.

The vacancy will not suit you if:
• you do not accept constructive criticism
• you can only work according to a clearly described TOR and creativity is not your strong point.
