Marketing Mentor in Mate academy

We are Mate academy, an EdTech startup with a technological, gamified, AI friendly LMS platform where people learn IT specialties. Register, try it! Our mission is to help millions of people around the world build their careers in IT. More than 3,500 graduates have already found their first jobs in IT in just 4 months of study. Starting from 2022, we started our activities in Poland, Brazil and continue our international expansion. We are looking for our inspirational Mentor for the Marketing course. This is a part-time & remote job that is paid hourly. The main task of the role is to help students learn the material effectively and with pleasure in the learning process, so that everyone can find their best place of work in Marketing after completing the course. What we expect from you: - 2+ years of commercial Marketing Manager experience - Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, SEO tools, or the desire to understand in more detail where there is no experience. We will support you in this! - Experience in conducting market research, developing a client portrait, developing Points of Differentiation and Value Proposition - if there is a basic understanding, then it is already great:) - The ability to communicate with people and help them solve problems - The ability to plan your time well and independently systematize your own schedule.
