Marketing Manager in Vantage Software

We’re a small, fast-growing product company located in Lviv that builds easy-to-use project management software for printed graphics and signage companies.Our industry-specific software is used by signage manufacturers and wide-format printers to manage thousands of installation projects globally for some of the biggest brands in the world.We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support our next phase of growth and drive impactful results as we focus on building awareness and growing our customer base in North America.This role is based in Lviv and offers a grat work environment in the city center with a focus on in-office collaboration, with some flexibility for home / remote work.We’re a small team that moves fast and takes on a lot of responsibility. You’ll be fully supported by the founder and your colleagues to be successful, but you should know that isn’t your average 9-5. You’ll have the opportunity to create real, impactful growth, but will need to be ready to do the work to make that happen.What You'll Do:Strategic & Creative Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with our goal of growing our user base significantly over the next 2 years . You’ll be expected to think creatively and strategically, turning fresh ideas into cost-effective actions that deliver significant results.Event Management: Take charge of our participation in various international events, including exhibitions, conferences, and industry awards that we organize. Your role will involve everything from planning and coordination to execution.Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our product manager to ensure marketing and product efforts complement each other.Project Management: You’ll be responsible for the successful execution of your strategy, and will lead a group of talented colleagues and partners, including a designer, writer, SEO specialist, and external video production partner.Performance Monitoring: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across different channels, continually measuring and optimizing their effectiveness.What We’re Looking For:Experienced Professional: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, preferably in a tech or product-based environment, with a proven track record of both strategic planning and high-impact execution.Creative Innovator: Aptitude for developing creative marketing strategies that are both effective and cost-efficient.Dynamic Executor: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects.
