We expect from you: Willingness and desire to work in orthopedics, to study products and their purpose!• higher education - marketing , economics, the availability of additional specialized education;• work experience in the field of marketing in retail, retail sales, distribution, expansion of the sales market (preferably in the medical field or on the farm market);• work experience in marketing from 5 years, possible experience in sales + marketing 2-3 years; • analytical skills, the ability to quickly process information, formulate conclusions, provide proposals for the development of sales, both in terms of the assortment and in relation to customers; • experience working with a brand (formation, development, positioning); • research skills , analysis of the market, competitors, market niches; • experience in the development and implementation of trade marketing activities in retail; • experience in working with various formats of advertising and promotion, availability of real cases; • desirable experience in organizing events, exhibitions, conferences and seminars for partners, clients and specialized specialists; • PC ownership only at the level of an advanced user: 1C, Microsoft Office package, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Your tasks will be: • positioning and development of the company's brand in the B2C market; • monitoring, analysis and control of competitors' activity; • analysis and segmentation of regular customers, management of client assets; • development and implementation of trade marketing programs, promotions and other measures to stimulate sales; • organization and launch of advertising activities (ATL, BTL), communication with contractors; • control over compliance with brand standards -book;• preparation and launch of co-branding programs;• preparation of necessary presentation and advertising and informational materials for products (presentations, articles, content for the website) for marketing and advertising activities of the unit;• formation and provision of necessary post-materials for retail points of sale ;• preparation and implementation of offers to attract customers to retail sales points.
