Competitors Activities Tracking: Keep aclose eye oncompetitors’ marketing strategies, campaigns, and outcomes tobenchmark and differentiate our approach. Competitors Features Research: Analyze competitors’ product features, strengths, and weaknesses toidentify gaps inthe market and opportunities for innovation. Marketing Execution: Develop Ideal Customer Personas (ICP) Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) : Incollaboration with the Head ofMarketing, design CJM toenhance customer experience and product interaction. Pricing Model Adjustment: Collaborate with the Head ofMarketing torefine and adjust the pricing model based onmarket expectations, company goals, and competitors’ overview. Digital Marketing Campaigns: execute digital marketing campaigns inclose cooperation with the Head ofMarketing topromote products and attract new clients. Content Management: Ensure all marketing content accurately reflects the product’s features and the brand’s core values, creating acohesive and compelling narrative. Campaigns and Promotions: Managing Campaigns with Influencers: Develop and execute marketing campaigns involving influencers tobroaden market reach and enhance brand visibility. Referral Programs: Design and implement referral programs toincentivize existing customers torefer new clients, leveraging word-of-mouth marketing. Marketing and Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations tosupport marketing and sales efforts, effectively communicating the value proposition. Engagement and Retention: Customer Engagement and Retention Strategies: Develop and execute activities aimed atexpanding customers’ usage ofproducts and increasing retention tomaximize Lifetime Value (LTV). Customer Development Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews with current and potential customers tobetter understand their needs, experiences, and pain points. Sales and Marketing Materials Development: Inclose cooperation with copywriters, develop product documentation, pitch decks, and other materials highlighting product features and functionality. Qualifications: Proven experience 2+years inmarketing management orproduct marketing, preferably inthe fintech, financial services, orcryptocurrency sectors. Strong understanding ofmarket research techniques, competitor analysis, and customer engagement strategies. Experience inICP, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping. Familiarity with product pricing strategies, product launch planning, and sales enablement techniques. Ability towork collaboratively across departments toachieve marketing and product goals.
