Functional duties:

• Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategies;
• Competitor research and market analysis;
• Popularization and development of Microsoft and SMART business solutions on the Polish market (together with product divisions);
• Increasing market awareness of SMART business products and expertise;
• Formation of the marketing budget, analysis and optimization of its distribution between marketing channels;
• Planning and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (as part of a team);
• Initiating and supporting marketing initiatives with clients;
• Interaction with local media, associations, etc.;
• Management of thematic events, conferences;
• Cross-functional interaction with other departments of the company (sales, product team, etc.);
• Formation of TK for a designer, SMM manager, etc.
• Coordination of marketing activities, including content marketing, social networks, PR initiatives;

What we expect from you:

• 2 years of experience as a marketer/product marketer in business/ IT -sphere;
• Experience in decision-making based on a data-driven approach;
• Skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies;
• Experience in building an effective customer journey;
• Ability to analyze hypotheses, market trends;
• Knowledge in multichannel marketing and marketing mix.
• Knowledge in conveying product messages in brochures, landing pages, etc.
• Ability to work with open sources, statistics, research;
• Experience in the formation of TOR for a designer, content manager, digital marketer);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• Strong communication, organizational and managerial skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and services will be a significant advantage.
• Polish language at B2+ level, English - B1+
