We aim to reach and maintain a leading position among video game developers worldwide.ATTENTION: Pingle Studio DOES NOT HIRE from the Russian Federation.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years experience in communications/marketing in outsourcing companies (preferably with international IT companies); A professional services marketing background is preferable;Knowledge and proven experience in B2B marketing, branding methods, and strategies; Understanding game outsourcing or/and IT outsourcing;Awareness of the IT industry’s latest technology trends and applications;Clear communicator and have strong relationship-building skills;Able to generate ideas and effectively deal with ambiguity;Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and a commitment to excellence; Strong written and communication skills;Advanced English and native Ukrainian;Team player and quick learner with proven ability to work cross-functionally.What to do:This role requires a strong blend of marketing expertise, strategic planning, and event management skills to drive successful campaigns and engaging event experiences.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing campaigns: Create and execute marketing initiatives to promote the company, build brand awareness, and drive lead generation. This includes:Defining target audiences and creating compelling messaging;Developing and managing content across multiple platforms (website, social media, email, etc.); Managing the marketing budget and reporting on campaign performance.Assist in planning and executing marketing events: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute events, including: Gathering event information and creating marketing materials;Supporting logistics and vendor management;Contributing to post-event analysis. Create compelling marketing content: Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content, including:Writing website copy, blog posts, and social media updates; Designing promotional materials;Crafting email marketing campaigns.Manage marketing tools and platforms: Become proficient in using marketing tools, social media dashboards, and other relevant software. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.What we offer:Remote workCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and friendly work environment.
