For successful scaling, we are looking for a Marketing Manager (Warsaw/Kyiv) team. Our products: we are developing an application for building habits; a brand of dietary supplements for increasing productivity and improving general well-being. Monetization: in the digital direction - a subscription model; on the physical side - subscription and transaction models. c) channels of engagement: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, referral program, we plan to launch TikTok. Markets of presence: USA, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand. Team: Launching the third business together and has experience of successful exits. Has unique knowledge of the market that increases the chances of success - is not the first time working with this business model and has already made products for this audience. Main values: directness and openness in communication, speed of decision-making, aggressive and ambitious goals. Area of ​​responsibility: — Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads on Tier1 geo with million budgets; — Monitoring of key performance indicators (budget, CPM, CR , success rate, CAC, ROAS, ROI);— Collaborate with content and design teams to create promotional materials;— Work with product and technical team to create cool converting funnels;— Research direct and indirect competitors in terms of channels, advertising materials and successful approaches in attracting users;— Building a system for automating decision-making in marketing: automatic creation of advertisements, budget management, etc. What is important for us:— 1 year+ of work experience in the field of performance marketing, marketing, audit or analytics (experience Big 4 or Big 3);— Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it (factor analysis, the ability to find cause and effect relationships, prioritization);— English at the B2+ level;— Creativity and the ability to generate qualitatively new ideas and hypotheses;— A confident level of using Excel and Google Sheets. It will be a plus:— Experience with advertising platforms Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola;— Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable;— Experience work with the markets of the USA, Canada, Australia and Great Britain.
