We are MUSK Construction inc., Home Remodeling company based in Silicon Valley, California, USA, looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. With over 7 years in the industry and a general contractor license, we often collaborate with employees from major companies like Tesla, Apple, and Netflix.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.English level B2 or higher.Experience in the US or international markets, preferably with construction or renovation companies.Strong understanding of marketing metrics and digital tools like Tilda.Ability to work from 9AM to 6PM Pacific Standard Time (California Time Zone). It’ll be 19:00—04:00 according to Eastern European Time (Kyiv Time).Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.Manage company websites and landing pages, ensuring high conversion rates.Oversee analytics, budgets, and report on campaign effectiveness.Regularly update promotional content and engage in continuous competitor analysis.Generate a steady flow of leads within budget.Identify new client sources.Design and execute marketing strategies.We offer:Full-time, fully remote position aligned with California working hours (9:00 AM — 6:00 PM).Salary: $1000 base plus performance-based bonuses (up to $2500 total).Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, and a paid birthday off.Opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.
