The goal of the marketing team is to produce products in the Top 1 in niches, attracting new users and keeping existing ones as effectively as possible. Our main challenge in the future is to scale products and bring the team and the business to the status of a Unicorn. In the role of Marking Manager, you will closely interact with the creative, product, analytical teams and fellow marketers. Work with products at different stages of their life cycle. Our superpower is scaling products and automating all routine tasks in order to focus on strategic goals, research, searching for new opportunities, etc. You are right with us if you want: To have freedom of action and responsibility for the result - we give the green light for testing any which tools, platforms and creatives, as well as provide a marketing budget. Your future tasks: Formation of a user engagement strategy based on market analysis and product features. Creation and optimization of marketing campaigns on top platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). Analysis and tracking the effectiveness of the attracted traffic in order to maintain a high return on investment. Conducting A/B tests to increase indicators at various stages of the funnel. Generation and implementation of new hypotheses and ideas, based on a data-driven approach. We expect you to: Have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (in IT, product, agency, BIG4, FMCG) and you work from at least one of the platforms: Facebook, TikTok. You like working with numbers and have strong analytical skills. You know how to analyze indicators, find cause-and-effect relationships, generate new hypotheses.
