We are inviting a Marketing Manager Generalist to join our team. The main tasks: Development and implementation of a marketing strategy. Formation, control and management of the marketing budget, work with reporting. Development of a promotion policy in the most effective communication channels. Lead generation using digital marketing tools. activities. Carrying out measures to stimulate sales, evaluating their effectiveness. Supporting the company website, developing a content plan and publications. Controlling the promotion of the company's official pages in social networks. Providing the sales department with advertising materials. Working with contractors. We expect from the candidate: Work experience 3 + years in a relevant position in B2B, preferably in the field of system integration. Higher education (economics, marketing, sociology). Successful experience in marketing activities to increase specific indicators (attendance, sales growth, methods of promoting services, increasing consumer loyalty). Competent communication, talent for writing press releases and PR articles. Initiative, responsibility, proactive position, positive thinking. We offer: Work schedule — 09:00—18:00, Friday to 17:00; Saturday-Sunday is a weekend. Official employment and guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code.
