Marketing Manager (Gambling) in T-space

We invite a Marketing Manager to join our team, who will participate in the development of a new project.

Requirements:

-3+ years of gambling experience; (2+ as a marketer);

-Deep understanding of the basic principles of the field;

-Deep understanding of Marketing in the field of gambling;

-Experience in funnel optimization;< /p>

-Understanding trends and news in the field;

-Team management as a plus;

-Ability to work in excel - a plus;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;

What to do:

⁃ Development and implementation of a long-term strategy for product entry into the market, its analysis and work on improvement;

⁃ Supervising the work of the marketing team (email, design, retention, content) and cooperation with the media buying department;

⁃ Understanding the principles and the ability to work with the customer base, its segmentation and optimization of approaches to it;

Formation of hypotheses, conducting A/B tests and post-analysis of results ⁃ Formation of hypotheses;

⁃ Continuous analysis of product metrics and work on their improvement;

⁃ Work with analytics (GA, PBI);
