Marketing manager for product development in ASVIO BANK, AT

Basic requirements: higher/partial higher economic education, finance; at least 3 years of work as a Product Marketing Manager or a similar position; Experience in IT or Fintech companies will be an advantage; Strategic planning skills - Ability to process large volumes of data and information, notice dependencies, visualize insights, form hypotheses; Experience working with analytics – Ability to use product and marketing analytics to identify growth points and solve complex issues. Main responsibilities: Strategy development for new digital products that have a focus on marketing communication and improving the customer experience. Analysis of product cycles: From identifying customer needs to developing recommendations for product optimization. Forming a value proposition for different customer segments using marketing and product communication channels. Market and competitor analysis: Conducting marketing market research to analyze the target audience, identify trends and analyze competitors, use the results to determine unique opportunities and create business proposals, development of GTM strategies. Working with designers, developers, product methodologists and the sales department to create innovative and effective solutions. Monitoring and analysis of product indicators: using metrics to evaluate the success of the product and making informed decisions regarding its further development.
