Marketing manager for category development in Silpo

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Development of the category (new assortment, packaging, design in the sales hall, services, tactical marketing communications, national advertising campaigns, events, recipes, tastings, communities, development in e-com, participation in festivals and fairs).
• Planning, organization and launch of marketing communications for category promotion aimed at increasing NPS.
• Search and implementation of new ideas for category development, creation of wow projects, planning of annual communication calendar, budgeting, performance analysis.
• Development of concepts and implementation plan of internal and external communications by category.
• Coordination of the work of creative agencies and freelancers, management of external and internal communications.
• Analysis of marketing research and NPS by category.

For work, you will need:

• 2 years of work experience in similar positions in retail companies, advertising or production companies
• Experience launch of national promos, big WOW projects, development of a communication plan and advertising campaigns.
• Skills in creating briefs, setting tasks, time management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in management category development projects or marketing projects.
• Ability to set tasks for designers and evaluate creative materials.
• Proactivity, initiative, independence, organization, discipline.
