What do we expect from you? 1. Development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers in the B2B segment.2. Analysis of the market and competitive situation to identify opportunities for business development. 3. Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of the product/service among the target audience. 4. Development and implementation of marketing materials for the B2B segment. 5. Participation in preparation and negotiations with potential clients, support of interaction with key clients. 6. Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities and development of recommendations to improve sales strategies. 7. Ensuring interaction with other departments of the company (for example, sales, product development) to achieve common goals. 8. Monitoring and analysis of customer and market data to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies. 9. Interaction with third-party agencies and partners to implement joint marketing initiatives. 10. Cooperation with the sales team to develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining customers in the B2B segment. What is your experience? 1. At least 2 years of experience as a marketing manager, in a digital/creative agency or FMCG. 2. Experience in communication and work with national brands and market leaders. 3. Excellent relationship building skills 4. Ability to think with market needs in mind. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for formulating solutions and value propositions 6. Results-oriented 7. Proactivity.
