Essential Responsibilities :
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), marketing email and other online initiatives to strengthen the organization's online presence and drive lead generation.
- Customer segmentation: Segment target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to specific customer groups, ensuring relevant and personalized messages that resonate with each segment.
- Marketing Analytics: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign success, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Communication Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts using data and metrics, providing information to improve future strategies.
- Presentation of reports : Prepare comprehensive reports for relevant stakeholders, including team members, management and donors.
- Trends and metrics: Stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks and best practices in the field of reporting, applying innovative approaches to measuring success.
- Participation in project or working groups of branches of the head office of the TCHHU
Additional tasks:
- Preparation of theses for speeches and rejoinders for various cases in cooperation with the unit.
- Cooperate with key partners of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in the EU and beyond to coordinate joint communication advocacy campaigns.< /p>
- Prepare reports.
- Participate in the digital transformation process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field industries
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar position or in a related field.
- High level of computer literacy, ability to work with e-mail, MS Office and appropriate business tools.
- Deep knowledge of marketing principles, marketing research and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms and marketing automation software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to create persuasive marketing content.
- Experience with social networks and various mass media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative marketing strategies.
- Project management skills to effectively plan and implement marketing campaigns.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for effective work with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with an emphasis on achieving marketing goals and business development.
