The British International School in Ukraine is looking for a full-time marketing manager.
Purpose of the position: senior manager of marketing plays a key role in communicating and promoting the school's mission, vision and brand stories internally and externally, thereby creating a positive reputation, building a loyal parent, student and teacher base and winning the hearts and minds of our potential customers. You will work closely with the senior management team to shape the school's image and values and define the marketing strategy and campaigns to communicate these to the public.
Key Responsibilities: p>
Marketing and Brand Strategy
- Leads marketing and brand strategy, including effective budgeting, execution and performance measurement.
- Is a brand champion and consistently communicates the brand's mission, vision and values at various touchpoints.
- Works on customer value propositions, messaging and personal development, providing insights through social media listening, consumer interviews, surveys and trend analysis.
- Provide innovative and creative ideas for developing new channels.
- Develops a weekly report on all marketing activities and a marketing dashboard with key KPIs.
ul>Marketing Campaigns
- Leads the development of multi-channel campaigns that deliver highly creative concepts, impeccable brand execution and commercial results.
- Creates a process for effective execution of campaigns using agencies and freelancers.
- Organizes offline and online events to attract new and retain existing customers.
- Works with school leaders and principals to communicate key messages to parents and students.
- Creatively collaborates with designers and video editors to create the necessary graphic materials.
Channel management
- Manages company websites through CMS,
- Creates new pages, improves existing content, and also offers initiatives to optimize the conversion rate.
- Manages CRM and all email marketing activities of the group.
- Offers paid search, social media and partnership opportunities to increase student recruitment.
Customer Funnel
- Works on a deep understanding of the overall customer journey and customer funnel, ensuring effective brand communication at each stage.
- Creates customer funnel reports and measures conversion.
- Provides initiatives to improve conversion at various stages of the customer funnel.
Essential requirements:
- Experience work in marketing for at least 10 years, preferably in an international company
- Skills and experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, PR
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English
- Team management experience
- Experience working with other departments
- Outstanding creativity and strong communication skills
- Timeable to work effectively with agencies and freelancers
- Excellent time management and organization as well as project management skills
- Positive outlook and ability to do
