By adding a large dose of technological flair and business flair, we have created a Polish foodtech startup that, thanks to its mobile application, saves surplus food from the catering and food sector every day. Apart from the application, which we are very proud of (we already have over 1,500,000 downloads), the rapid development of Foodsi could not have happened without a team of unique people, hungry for development and challenges. And so we take the next step and are looking for another reliable person to join our team as a Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager, you will: monitor the implementation of marketing projects, coordinate the activities of the marketing team, develop, implement and execute the Foodsi marketing strategy, manage the marketing budget and optimize expenses, build and maintain relationships with business partners and the media, make decisions and optimize marketing activities based on data analysis (including market data). ) manage marketing projects and finalize each topic on time actively cooperate with other departments in the organization and external partners (agencies, freelancers) analyze and report the effectiveness of marketing activities based on designated indicators and recommend a development strategy (analytical mindset is a must!) That's why the position is for you if: you have 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager or a related role you have excellent ability to plan and manage a budget you effectively conduct and coordinate marketing campaigns, define tasks and set priorities you have experience in analyzing marketing data and optimizing strategies (this is one of the your key tasks in this role) you are a proactive, decisive and assertive leader who can inspire the team to achieve common goals, as well as manage multiple projects at the same time, you have an analytical mindset, and the word "conditional formatting" gives you a pleasant thrill . After all, you navigate Excel like a fish out of water.
