About the opportunity
In the last 10 years we have shown great success in working with the Global market, which resulted in our customer base growing in the Switzerland market. To enforce our brand presence in this region we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help us to grow our business utilizing marketing, seo and PR instruments.
YOU ARE
A Marketing Manager with 4 or more years of experience in the IT sphere, who would like to become our marketing representative in Switzerland and have the opportunity for further career growth. You would like to contribute your thoughts, ideas and vision to accelerate and adapt our existing sales framework to these markets.
- 4+ years in IT marketing in B2B companies.
- Experience in organizing offline events in Switzerland.
- Experience in developing and managing marketing strategy.
- Experience in building brand-recognition in Switzerland markets.
- Strong understanding of key marketing concepts, such as market segmentation, value proposition, differentiation, branding, messaging, etc.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
YOUR KEY FOCUS AREAS WOULD BE
- Create and deliver the visitor & lead acquisition strategy for events, webinars, and content through strategic marketing plans and targeted messaging for each customer segment. Spearhead a mix of channels to acquire new customers.
- Plan and organize event participation (exhibitions, startup competitions, conferences etc.). Apply to relevant grant programs and awards. Public speaking at industry events and participation in accelerators.
- Develop, implement, and optimize the marketing strategy of the company and plan with an appropriate marketing mix to drive consistent growth
- Localize and execute relevant demand generation campaigns in the region, prioritize channels for scaling, and expand to the new channels
- Cooperate with Sales department to meet pipeline needs
- Manage and execute large-scale marketing projects from strategy through reporting and retrospectives, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure all deliverables are on track and within budget.
- Define the communication strategy of the projects and ensure consistency of messaging across a range of channels, including email, social media, digital ads, internal communication, outbound calls, etc.
- Prepare various marketing materials for internal and external channels (landing pages, newsletters, presentations, promotional videos, advertising campaigns, etc.).

- Working with the CEO on adapting existing value propositions to chosen sales approaches.
- Building long-term relationships with well qualified leads.
- Measure, analyze and increase marketing metrics on the European market.
