Company expansion. Strengthening the company's positioning and increasing sales effectiveness

Tasks:

• developing a marketing strategy;
• market and competitor analysis to determine strategic directions;
• realization of marketing campaigns;
• analytics and reporting;
• cooperation with the sales department (alignment of marketing strategies with sales goals, support of the sales department with marketing materials and information);
• management of brand reputation (work knowledge of the basics of marketing and advertising strategies;

Requirements:

-         knowledge of the basics of marketing and advertising strategies;

- experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns; - understanding of basic IT concepts and terminology; - digital marketing; - content marketing; /p>

-         practical experience in the field of digital;

-          marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing);

-          excellent oral and written communication skills;< /p>

- creativity and ability to generate new ideas; organization and attention to detail; ability to work in a team and effectively interact with other departments (sales, development , HR). >

Full higher education (preferably in the field of marketing)

Experience of working with IT outsource/outstaff companies

English - Intermediate +

-         use of AI tools at work;

-         the ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs);

-         experience in using CRM systems
