Marketing Manager in Netpeak Group

Due to the expansion of the "Netpeak Consulting" service, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to overcome new challenges and implement interesting projects. What we expect from the candidate: - At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B - sector.- Knowledge of digital marketing tools. - Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Spreadsheets at an above average level. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships. - High level of organization, motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment. - Data-driven approach and understanding of how to influence key metrics. you will be engaged in: - Audit of marketing activities (current state of marketing) of the client's company; - Research of competitors, customers, the market; - Building a marketing plan with KPI; - Building a cohort analysis based on Google Analytics and CRM data; - Control of contractors; - Ability to do the basics: launch RK in Google/Meta/LinkedIn, build a semantic core, prepare a newsletter, etc. Your benefits are with us: - Fixed rate and bonuses based on the results of the interview. - Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and finish from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Possibility to work in an office in Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv or remotely. - Paid vacation in the amount of 24 calendar days with observance of public holidays, paid sick leave.- Attending specialized conferences at the expense of the company (we pay up to 50% of the tuition fee), as well as participation in conferences and seminars organized by Netpeak Group.- Gamification system, memo generator, internal currency (netpeaks) and the "Netpeak Store" with merchandise, literature and technology. - Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
