Are you a creative thinker passionate about driving marketing initiatives? KaaIoT is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of IoT technology through active idea generation and creative marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create activities that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies that position our IoT products uniquely in the market and drive lead engagement.
• Continuously experiment with new marketing tactics, emerging technologies, and messaging strategies to keep our approach fresh and impactful.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversions.
• Analyze marketing data and key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
• Mentor and guide a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Advanced or Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a successful track record in a technology-driven environment, ideally within IoT.
• A creative and strategic thinker with a strong passion for innovation and solving complex marketing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Yesware, Pipedrive Marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources to achieve business goals.
