What you will need to do: Participate in the development and implementation of long-term and short-term marketing plans for the Bank's activities; Market analysis of competitors, collection of information for the initiation of advertising campaigns from adjacent divisions; Plan, develop and implement marketing actions and campaigns aimed at increasing the volume of sales of services and achievement of profitability targets; Coordinate with related departments on the implementation of advertising events and promotions; Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns and events: reporting and visualization of conclusions based on the results (graphs, presentations); Study the needs and expectations of customers, participate in process optimization, which are related to improving the customer experience; Develop and implement effective tools for the development of loyalty and customer retention programs; Work with a PPC specialist and an SEO specialist: set technical specifications and monitor their implementation; Participate in the development of POS materials, interact with contractors; Manage internal and external communications, including cooperation with various departments and external agencies, document flow; Perform additional tasks from the manager within the marketing division. Our ideal candidate has: 5 years of work experience in the field of marketing, of which 2 in the field of finance; Education: higher education in the field of marketing, advertising, finance, or related specialties; High level of strategic thinking and analytical skills; High level of communication, activity, independence and creativity; Ability to work in multitasking mode; Desire for personal development.
